The kits will now be automatically mailed to Eagle Scouts, as was done prior to the delay from the national office. There is no longer a need to contact Lilly Bruno to schedule an appointment for pickup.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <!– <\/p>\n –><\/p>\n \t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Eagle Scout candidates are expected\u00a0to bring to their Eagle Board of Review (EBOR) the Eagle Scout application copy that Lilly Bruno signed\u00a0PLUS<\/strong>\u00a0the original Eagle Scout application.\u00a0BOTH<\/strong>\u00a0forms need to be signed by the Eagle Board\u00a0and mailed back to Lilly Bruno.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <!– <\/p>\n –><\/p>\n \t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t<\/p>\n The weeklong Cub Day Camp hosted by Narcoossee District this summer was a great <\/span>success! The camp served<\/span>\u00a040+ cub scouts and was made possible by 20+ volunteers. The cubs worked on elective adventures, participated in range and target activities, completed a conservation project, enjoyed several guest speakers, and so much more! Super BIG THANKS to Camp Director Elle Vail and her amazing team of volunteers for putting on an awesome week of Cub Day Camp!!!!<\/span><\/p>\n \t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <!– <\/p>\n –><\/p>\n \t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t<\/p>\n The unit signup deadline for Scouting for Food is TODAY, August 3rd! Don\u2019t miss your chance to be part of one of Central Florida\u2019s biggest service projects! Be a force for good. Help us stock the shelves and make a lasting impact in our community.\u00a0<\/p>\n On Sunday, July 20th, all Narcoossee District units should have received an email with detailed information. If your unit leadership didn’t receive the information, please reach out to our district SFF Chair, Sonia Tzabery, at\u00a0sonitzascout4@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <!– <\/p>\n –><\/p>\n \t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Narcoossee District now has a Merit Badge Counselor\u00a0application tracker that can be reviewed<\/span> HERE<\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n As of right now, all applications received by Michelle Adamick (Narcoossee’s Merit Badge Chair)\u00a0that are in-process are on the linked application tracker spreadsheet. If you do not see your name and have submitted an application, please resend your forms to Michelle via email\u00a0and she<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0will process them ASAP. On the application tracker, if something is red, then it is missing and needs to be submitted before the\u00a0application will be processed. And yes, even if you are already a registered adult leader in a unit, if you are not a current MBC, a new\u00a0adult application is needed as you are applying for a new position (mbc vs adult leader). Roundtable is a great way for Scout leaders to share ideas, network and get information about our Council and District. Ideally, every unit should try to have at least one leader attend every month so that you can take what you learn to your Units!<\/span><\/p>\n This month’s\u00a0August Roundtable\u00a0<\/strong>will be held on\u00a0Thursday, 8\/21\/25<\/strong>. Class A uniform is mandatory for the scouts. Cost for this event is covered by the Council Program fee, so no additional fee to participate! This training event is for all Cub Scout parents and leaders. We encourage you to start promoting in your pack and increase the number of BALOO-trained adults in your unit.\u00a0<\/p>\n
