Please check your Scoutbook account to verify that you are &#8216;assigned&#8217; to serve as a Merit Badge Counselor for all of the Merit Badges that you wish to counsel. With recent system updates, it has come to our attention that for some Merit Badge Counselors, Merit Badges were dropped; and there is not an easy way to know what was previously listed but is now missing. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In order to restore Merit Badges that have been dropped (or to add new ones), please email <a href=\"mailto:ColonialMB1@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Michelle Adamick<\/a> a Merit Badge Counselor application along with a copy of your current YPT certificate. A unit&#8217;s Key 3 leaders are the Chartered Organization Representative, Committee Chair, and Scoutmaster\/Cubmaster\/Venture Advisor. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>These Key 3 meetings are very important because they allow time and space for the District to listen and game plan with each unit regarding needs and the details of the unit&#8217;s specific yearly program. Please bring to the meeting\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span><span><span>your unit&#8217;s budget, calendar, and key leaders information as well as the key positions you will need filled come the new scouting program year.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nTime slots are available for sign-up on Wednesday evenings mid-May through late-June at various Panera locations around the district. Each day there are opportunities for troop time activities from shooting, swimming, climbing, to our evening Big Stump Mud Hike! There\u2019s something for everyone at Camp La-No-Che! Life scouts who are ready for their\u00a0Eagle Project Workbook review and District approvals\u00a0have the option of personally meeting with a District Advancement team member by appointment. The Life Scout can still opt\u00a0to\u00a0do this process electronically, if preferred.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a03. Eagle Boards of Review (EBOR) will\u00a0be held by appointment at a\u00a0location coordinated by the District.
